Microsoft has an online password strength checker which will dynamically (as you type characters) would rate the strength of your password.

    I found that Microsoft Password Checker’s algorithm based primarly on words dictionary. Also, I know, algorithm of http://www.itsimpl.com based on words dictionary, too. Jetman.
