Juniper Networks was recognized for providing technical support in mission-critical environments where “system up-time” is imperative, typically for enterprise customers. Technical support from these support organizations is a critical part of keeping customers up and running 24/7. Companies seeking this award underwent a rigorous evaluation process, with the winner selected by SSPA’s Advisory Board members.
In today’s market where not just the features are counted anymore, even ‘Energy Consumption’ [ Remember the power tax fights between Nortel and Cisco, Also remember Juniper & Ixia combined have started on Energy Efficiency Metric recently ] is taken into consideration for winning a Capacity Deal, getting an award for customer service excellence is indeed a great win.
Virtual Drive for Windows

Ever had a situation where in you have a program in ISO and you want to install? There are so many free tools available outside to create Virtual CD Drives. However I found something interesting on the web from Tech-Recipes (a good site). Until then I never knew that there is a piece of software available from Microsoft itself to do the very same task.
Well, there is no support or anything of that sort from M$ on this one, but oh yeah, it works! You can download it from here and unzip it to see the instructions;
