While everyone knows the fact, the only terrorist caught alive have been living on us, tax payers money demanding for papers/biriyani and all sorts of crap!

We still won’t kill him, we’ll try him for as long as OTHERS dictate. We have spent a whopping 31 Crore (that is 8.5 lakhs per day!) to keep him alive and will still continue to do so. What a shame man!
